Complaints that involve the quality or the way of granting social service may be files by each client who uses the services of the early intervention centre. By filing a complaint the user of the service expresses his/her dissatisfaction with the level of the granted service or dissatisfaction with the conduct of the specialist worker towards the client during the counselling process or then dissatisfaction with fulfilment of the signed contract on grating service.
